Careers

Our Product is Our People. Come learn what it means to be a part of the Knucklepuck Team!

We are building a lifestyle business

We appreciate that work-life balance means different things to different people and we strive to cultivate an environment that enables our team to have the lifestyle they want. As a fully remote company, our team is able to live where they want and we offer flexible work hours to accommodate a variety of work styles.

We push our team to take their PTO because you cannot pour from an empty cup. We celebrate birthdays and personal milestones. At Knucklepuck, you will be recognized for how you contribute to our clients and our culture.

Our values come first

Like any relationship, our team is connected by our Core Values. They represent our commitment to one another and to our clients and partners.

Embrace Personal Accountability

Create Value

Advance The Good Of The Other

We keep remote life fun

Our distributed team enjoys working from home, but we keep things exciting with a variety of virtual team events. We’ve taken cooking classes, puzzled our way out of escape rooms, and even took Brettgammon (ask us about it!) online so that our entire distributed team can share in the experience.

We launched a peer-to-peer coaching program to create opportunities for our cross-functional teams to learn from each other. We invest in conferences and other professional development for our team. Every Friday we come together for Weekly Download, our all-hands meeting to share what we’ve learned, exchange ideas and a few laughs.

In-Person Events

As much as we love our pets and comfy slippers, there’s no substitute for that feeling when everyone is together under one roof. Knucklepuck hosts an annual retreat where we play games, share meals, and more. Most importantly, these shared experiences reinforce our commitment to our values and to each other that allow our team to perform at the highest level for our clients.

Throughout the year we host a variety of other in-person events including box seats at concerts, professional sporting events, and city-wide scavenger hunts.

What else do we offer?

Everyone on our team shares in our success, so Knucklepuck is proud to offer a benefits package designed to support our growth together, including:

  • 15 days of PTO (increases after 3yrs); unlimited sick leave
  • Office closure between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day

Our Commitment to Diversity of Thought

As part of our commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, we welcome all applicants, regardless of race, age, color, religion, national origin, sex, ability or gender identity. We encourage Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) as well as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ+) to apply.

We want to meet our military veterans and fulltime parents looking to re-enter the workforce. We welcome those with public and private sector backgrounds.

We have no roles at Knucklepuck that require a college degree.

We are privileged to work in an industry that requires no formal education and we feel compelled to use our position as a growing company to provide opportunities for under-represented groups.

Resumes Not Accepted

When you apply, the only rule we have is this: no resumes or cover letters. We know how time consuming these are to put together (and how time consuming they are to review). We also recognize that higher education institutions train their students how to write resumes to present an overly favorable impression of a person’s skills. This gives an unfair advantage to those who attended college or were privileged enough to pursue professional development over providing for themselves or their family.

At Knucklepuck we seek to find the best talent possible with an even playing field. Everyone has life experience that informs your worldview and we strive to eliminate factors that could trigger bias based on location, education, race, gender, and personal life circumstances.

We evaluate candidates based on your ability to do the job we’re hiring for, not the jobs you had before. Our interview process is designed for you to tell us (in your own words) why you are the right fit for Knucklepuck and tell us in your own words how your skills will help us achieve our goals.
